How to Order|Cómo comprar

You can use the contact form if you want to place an order directly by email. Remember to write down the ID number that you'll find in the item description. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible but we may take up to 3 days to reply. If the item you want to purchase is available, we will reserve it for you for 24h. You will be required to pay during that period. We accept the following payment methods:

1. Payment through PayPal in euros. We will send a Payment request.
2. Bank transfer (only for customers in Spain).

Puedes usar el formulario de contacto si prefieres hacer un pedido por email. No olvides incluir la referencia que aparece en la descripción del artículo. Siempre intentamos responder con la mayor brevedad posible, pero podemos llegar a tardar hasta 3 días. Si el producto está disponible, te lo reservaremos durante 24h, para que puedas pagar en ese periodo. Aceptamos los siguientes métodos de pago:

1. Pago en euros a través de PayPal. Te enviaremos una solicitud de pago.
2. Ingreso a una cuenta bancaria de "la Caixa" (solo para clientes residentes en España).
